Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, optional
- 1 tbsp creamy or crunchy unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, optional
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plain cashew milk (or other plant milk)
- 1/2 cup fresh berries
Method:
In a mason jar or other container with a lid, place oats, chia seeds (optional), maple syrup (optional), peanut butter, and plant milk. Stir to combine and top with berries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator, stir, and enjoy.
