Ingredients:
- 2 cups – “Silk” unsweetened soy milk
- 2 tsp – Kaffree Roma, Roasted Grain Beverage (or your favorite roasted grain coffee substitute)
- 1/4 tsp – vanilla extract (use a full flavored, high quality vanilla)
- 1/4 tsp – white stevia powder
Method:
In a small pot with a heavy bottom, whisk the ingredients together over a low/medium heat, stirring frequently and removing from the heat just before simmering. This recipe is easy to adjust to your preferred ratios. Great after dinner or even just before bed because there’s no sugar or caffeine buzz.
For Hot Chocolate, add:
- 2 tsp – approved cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp – vanilla
- 1/4 tsp – stevia powder
