Ingredients:
- 2 cups – garbanzo beans cooked, canned or bottled
- 1/4 cup – garlic, roasted (best to make ahead or purchase in jar in water)
- 1 cup – silken tofu
- 1/4 cup – lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 tsp – fresh rosemary finely chopped, optional
- 1 tsp – salt
- 1/4 cup – hot water
Method:
Place all the ingredients in food processor or high powered blender.
Blend until well mixed and creamy.
Appetizer options:
Top or fill cucumber with hummus, garnish with sliced red pepper.
Serve with crudités in glasses (as pictured) or platter.
