Reversal Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups – garbanzo beans cooked, canned or bottled
  • 1/4 cup – garlic, roasted (best to make ahead or purchase in jar in water)
  • 1 cup – silken tofu
  • 1/4 cup – lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp – fresh rosemary finely chopped, optional
  • 1 tsp – salt
  • 1/4 cup – hot water

Method:

Place all the ingredients in food processor or high powered blender.

Blend until well mixed and creamy.

Appetizer options:

Top or fill cucumber with hummus, garnish with sliced red pepper.

Serve with crudités in glasses (as pictured) or platter.
